Elect to Save Your FeetNovember is Diabetes Month ! Podiatric Physicians play a big role in treating and preventing diabetic effects on the lower extremity. APMA has mailed out information in the current magazine on items downloadable from their web site including a power point presentation. You can link to APMA and log in with your member number to access these items for health fairs, newsletter articles or presenations. If you click on the link to the right "Diabetes Month" , you will also link to copies of these press releases and forms with TPMA information added. You can alter these to include your office information as needed. Please share news or pictures from any events you participate in your area! If you need assistance in copying forms or other questions, contact the TPMA office.

    SAS Siesta Valley Ranch Annual Walk - October 11, 2008

    SAS Shoemakers will sponsor the 19th year of the 3 mile and 6 mile Walk at the beautiful and privately owned Siesta Valley Ranch in Medina, TX. Start time is 7:30am and second start is 11:00am. All must be finished by 1:00pm and lunch refreshments will be provided. The Ranch is located off HWY 337, 10 miles west of Medina. All are welcome and pets must be leashed. Walk held rain or shine.

    TPMA PR Brochure

    The TPMA PR committee implemented a new public awareness initiative to try to increase our members’ referrals from physicians specializing in family practice, dermatology, internal medicine, pediatrics, and endocrinologists. We sent over 15,000 brochures outlining podiatric education and areas of expertise to MD and DO offices throughout Texas. Click to read the TPMA PR Brochure.
